We had our 21 week Ultrasound on Friday and we got to see sooo much more than we did at 10 weeks. It was amazing!!! We got to see the baby's brain, heart(with all 4 chambers,along with bloodflow), kidneys, spine, stomach, bladder, fingers, toes (10 each)and cute little profile. We had said that we didn't want to find out the sex of the baby, but Sean had a pretty good view and figured it out when the tech scanned over the baby's legs. Sean didn't think it would be fair for him to have figured it out and not tell me,and the tech confirmed that he was right...WE ARE HAVING A GIRL!!!! And like her Dad, she is already a huge Phillies fan!!! And like her MOM, she also likes to talk, as we were able to see her open and close her mouth twice (swallowing amniotic fluid, but it looked like she was talking). We got to see her playing with her feet and toes, too!!
The tech said "unofficially" that everything looked good and I will know more when I meet with my DR next week. We are just happy that she looks good and is moving around. Now that I've seen her moving, I have realized that I have been feeling her move for a few weeks and just didn't know that what I was feeling was actually her!!

Awww! How exciting Melissa! Now that you know it's a girl, you can start planning for the name. Knowing you, it will be "Rainbow" or "Butterflies" or something else hippy-ish like that. :)
We were thinking of "Sunshine" or "Moonbeam" depending on if she is born during the day or at night!!! JK!! We are thinking of either Annabelle or Maeve. We can't decide...
I AM looking forward to decorationg everything in purple and butterflies though!!! :)
